Charles, what a wonderful tribute you have to our home town. This picture of Butler Hospital (now BMH, then BCMH) is where I was born.

Years later I was to return to this hospital many times in the capacity of Emergency Medical Technician while running with the East Butler VFD.

Keep up the great work on the Butler Blog - it makes for a nice trip back in the memories of those who call Butler home.

WOW ... I grew up in a little gray house on the bottom left of this picture. Of course the parking lot wasn't there. We ( my brothers and friends) could sled ride down from the upper lot the whole way to the front yard.
